This was my first ever marketing role. In this position my main responsibility was the creation, development and production of weekly product catalogues across NSW. From artwork conception and development, to weekly liaison with many internal and external stakeholders to ensure product accuracy, this role helped me to develop the following skills:

This role was varied to say the least. Covering many responsibilities such as website management, campaigns, competitions, e-marketing, SMS marketing, collateral creation, development, production and distribution plus new centre openings, closures and relocations – this exciting and challenging role allowed me to extend my knowledge in the following:

- Liaising with agencies and stakeholders

- Customer service / review management
This challenging role allowed me to achieve results through new and engaging marketing initiatives on a national and local basis. Dealing with many franchisees, meant managing dynamic personalities and different expectations, while creating specific marketing plans to meet different goals. In one of the last interviews I did for a marketing position, I was asked the standard question – what is your weakness? I responded with a statement about how I take my work personally. For every business that I have worked for, I have invested my time and effort as if each of those companies were my own. That’s what you can expect from me when I am marketing your business.
